I eat plant-based vegan, gluten free, soy free, banana free (yep), baker's and brewer's yeast free, SOS free (no added salt, oils, and processed sweeteners) and many other things free... I know all about the added challenge of trying to eat out...realizing the vegan menu has gluten and the gluten free dish isn't vegan, or it is but contains bananas and soy.
Let's share ideas on how we make this work, where we go, what dishes we enjoy that are safe for others like us. :) I've got an idea!!! Let's have a potluck and we'll all bring a dish to pass and a couple of friends! Sound like fun?
