My advice to other travelers with food restrictions or following an eating lifestyle like I follow...plant-based, but also gluten free and the works...learn/photograph/take notes etc. a list of key words to look out for in that specific language.
I now know that I need to look for words like "ekologiska" (organic) and "osaltade" (without salt) and no ingredients with "öl" (oil) as part of the word. Even though I don't speak Swedish I can now look at labels more confidently each time we stop here and buying groceries takes half the time now, fantastic!
Here's hoping your travels are happy ones and that you have access to a local grocery or supermarket where you go. Markets can be really fun places, even when you don't speak the language. :)
