My new favorite quick meal is to combine either fusilli pasta or brown rice with a few tablespoons of plain tomato paste, 1/2 - 1 cup of organic sweet corn, black pepper, nutritional yeast flakes and a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning. I use the boil in a bag variety of rice to keep it neat and easy or gluten free pasta. The only thing I heat is the starch and I use the boiling water to heat the corn in a colander.
FYI: I also always eat a large salad or some fruit in conjunction with this type of meal either at the same time or prior to this course for balanced nutrition.
