First, I cut up about six small white potatoes and a large yam into small chunks (in order to boil them as fast as humanly possible).
Last, I drained off the water, used my paring knife to cut the chunks even smaller, dumped on granulated garlic, fresh black pepper, Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime seasoning and am now feasting on all this potatoey yuminess. :)
